In most cases, the key to success starts with preparation! Follow these tips to prepare for the FY 2013 data cycle.

1. Download the FY 2013 survey. The FY 2013 survey will be available for download from the CPM participants’ web site  in early August 2013.  Download the survey soon to begin your data collection process.
2. Attend refresher training. CPM staff will conduct free web-based training for all CPM 101 participants on August 15, 2013 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. EDT. The training will cover survey updates, key indicators, and frequently asked questions.
3. Read the Performance Measurement Insider (PMI) each month. CPM’s monthly e-newsletter includes important announcements, deadlines, and details on upcoming webinars, conferences, and trainings. PMI is sent to CPM 101 primary coordinators and managers on the first Tuesday of every month via e-mail. If you do not receive PMI, you can view a PDF version on the CPM 101 private website.
