Have you ever wondered what’s being constructed in your neighborhood but don’t know who to call or where to look? The Planning and Development Review Department (PDRD) has a website that can help with your search efforts.
The “Interactive Development Review, Permitting and Inspection” website is a search engine that allows the public to research commercial and residential building permits, and other development related information such as subdivision, zoning and site plans by entering an address, project name, or case/permit number in selected fields. Additionally, customers who conduct regular development business with the City can schedule inspections, and pay for trade permits by becoming a “Registered User” on the site.
As part of its ongoing effort to improve the efficiency and functionality of the website, PDRD is asking its customers to participate in a survey to provide feedback on their experience using the site, and to offer suggestions for improvements that will better serve the information and business needs of its customers.
“We hope citizens will take five minutes out of their busy schedules to tell us how we can enhance their experience when searching for information or conducting business with PDRD. Our ultimate goal is to provide a resourceful and transparent service that meets the needs of the community” said Greg Guernsey, Director.
