Help us refine benchmarks for public access to technology services in libraries. Developed with input, feedback, and guidance from the field, the Edge benchmarks are designed to help libraries continually evolve to meet the digital needs of their communities. The Edge coalition will update and refine the benchmarks regularly to ensure they are current, relevant, and valuable.
We need your feedback. Please take a moment to review the Edge benchmark framework and complete the constituent survey. Your response will help the coalition improve and refine the benchmarks for widespread adoption.
Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Edge is a national coalition of 13 organizations, including ICMA, that is working with the library field to create the first-ever set of national benchmarks that define quality public access technology services in libraries.
