Serving the public and your organization in the role as manager or assistant is amazingly rewarding yet demanding work. The challenges of the last two years have been nothing short of extraordinary. To help you meet that goal, ICMA is excited to announce the launch of Equilibrium, an offering of tools and resources powered by LifeWorks. This is a confidential program offered to you and your family to access comprehensive and innovative wellbeing resources. ICMA is making this member benefit available to all managers, assistants, and members in transition.

We know that some members will have access to a similar program through their employer. This ICMA benefit supplements your employer provided service plus gives you the option to work with a provider not associated via contract with your employer.

For members whose employer does not provide this service and our colleagues who are in transition, we are confident that you will be impressed by the array of services provided.
