Attendees at last month's Florida City and County Manager's Association (FCCMA) Annual Conference were treated to a Life, Well Run video featuring Flagler County, Florida.  

Deputy county administrator of Flagler County Sally Sherman said "the video highlights Flagler County, Palm Coast, and other surrounding cities showcasing professional managers/administrators who are dedicated to providing excellent service while enhancing the quality of lives for the residents they serve. The managers/administrators shoulder their responsibilities with ease because they are professionally trained."

She added that the video came together because of great teamwork. The city of Palm Coast, Florida, lent its crew of video, communications, and project management experts to work on the project.  

The team adapted the unique story of Flagler County using the Life, Well Run template as the foundation. The video features elected officials explaining how managers "make it happen" in Flagler County as well as managers in action. 

Also featured at FCCMA's conference was Life, Well Run in Florida, which recently kicked off its Florida Professional Management Matters Ambassadors initiative.
