Associate Dean Chunlong Lu took the three of us (ICMA guest lecturers at the China University of Political Science and Law) to dinner with Professor Yan Ting and ICMA China Center staff Lijun (Lily) Luo and Cal Mingbo. The decor of The Auspicious Hotel added to the drama of being served many courses including crispy-skinned Peking Duck and Fish Head with Red Peppers.

Jim Nichols, who traveled with ICMA to China a few months ago, demonstrated the person-to-person toasting and compliments--which became more hilarious as each toast occurred.
