The Center for Priority Based Budgeting--a Center for Management Strategies service provider--will be offering an ICMA University Workshop on Sunday, September 22nd from 8 a.m. until noon entitled "Leading Your Organization (and Elected Officials) to Fiscal Health and Wellness through Priority Based Budgeting".  This sold-out session will discuss the very popular "priority based budgeting" process which creates a process by which local governments can better prioritize expenditures to meet community/organizational goals.
