Junction City and the City of Manhattan, Kansas are nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence Award in Community Partnerships, for their joint efforts in addressing the growing government service and housing needs in the Fort Riley region. This document contains a description of the program, as well as a discussion of the program's results and lessons learned.
