This Environmental Covenant held by the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment (CDPHE) subjects the former Blitz Hangar Property site to land use restrictions. These restrictions include: non-residential use only, new permanent structures must have appropriate venting, no storm water detention ponds or man-made lakes shall be located on the property, and groundwater shall not be used for domestic, agricultural, commercial or other use.
