Stephen Kehayes from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Office of Brownfields Reuse, gave this presentation during the session "Avoiding Future Shock: Long Term Solutions for Brownfields" which was held at the Brownfields 2004 Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. The presentation focuses on the current regulatory environment in New Jersey in regards to the administration and enforcement of ICs. It also reviews upcoming statewide IC initiatives. The presentation also contains useful web-based resources for local governments and communities in New Jersey.
