It contains a set of questions about the specifics of the transition or change, organized by phase of organizational life cycle, that need to be fully addressed before moving to the next phase. This document has proven very useful in helping employees understand the rationale behind the change, in definining the roles and responsibilities for decision-making relating to moving through the change, and hints about the most effective communication of timing related to communication of transition-related information.
