An in-depth analysis of low-income,unincorporated rural communities within San Joaquin Valley. Specifically addressed in the report are shortcomings and deficiencies in infrastructure and services such as water, sewers, roads, housing, etc. Of particular interest might be the section where they discuss the the lack of comprehensive documentation that currently exists about infrastructure deficiencies in unincorporated communities.
