Clark County, Nevada, was nominated to the 2005 ICMA Annual Awards Program for its role in developing the Clark County Wetlands Park. This narrative describes the park--which includes a 2900-acre wildlife viewing area, outdoor classroom, and passive recreation facility--as a result of intergovernmental cooperation.
