This year’s theme is “Bold Women, Bold Changes,” and is a call to action for women to be courageous and confident as a leader in any role and at any level.

The theme encourages women to take risks and embrace change, to be bold in their ideas and actions, and to inspire others to do the same. It is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women who have made a significant impact in their organizations and communities.
