The City of Williamsburg's Public Works and Utilities Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position City Engineer. The position is responsible for designing plans, preparing specifications and applying professional engineering knowledge and skills to City projects assigned to the Engineering division of the Public Works Department.

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
-and Ten (10) years of related experience; or
-An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Qualifications:
-Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
-Valid Virginia Driver’s License.
