EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or closely related field; Certified Public Accountant and MBA/MPA preferred; minimum ten (10) years of experience in the budget and financial management field; with five (5) years minimum in an executive level capacity in a comparably sized entity utilizing equivalent budget and finance, preferably in a Texas County Government; with five (5) years demonstrated supervision at an executive level;
Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
