The City is searching for a highly skilled CFO to drive the City’s long-term financial strategy & oversee the Finance, IT & General Services departments. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the City's financial future, ensuring fiscal sustainability, & optimizing resources to support growth & innovation. The CFO will direct financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury management, & internal controls. This position is the primary financial advisor to the City Manager & City Council, delivering strategic financial guidance & analysis to support effective decision-making. The CFO will mentor, lead, & empower Finance, IT, & General Services leaders, fostering collaboration across the City. This position requires a dynamic and forward-thinking leader who can align financial strategy with the City’s broader goals, drive innovation in financial management, & build strong partnerships within & beyond the City. Position reports to the City Manager.
