Marty is a globally-recognized leader and pioneer in the field of public participation, and specifically in consensus building. She has designed, consulted on, and facilitated effective ways to engage diverse stakeholders in processes that foster understanding and agreement, and pave the way for successful implementation. Marty is a founder and past president of the International Association for Public Participation(IAP2).

Doug’s  extensive U.S. and international work and numerous trainings, articles, reports, and presentations on collaborative decision-making, stakeholder and public participation, communications, future use planning, long-term stewardship, and organizational change have significantly affected  the way decision-making is approached worldwide. He routinely designs and facilitates public meetings, stakeholder advisory boards, and national issues forums. As a civil engineer, Doug brings a unique perspective to the field of public participation.

John Godec

John is an international trainer, consultant and expert in high-stakes communication, conflict resolution, consensus, and public participation, specializing in issues management. He has designed and facilitated hundreds of diverse meetings and advisory groups on controversial projects for local, state, federal, tribal, and private industry entities, and is a Certified Professional Facilitator.    

Wendy Green Lowe

Wendy is a nationally-recognized Certified Professional Facilitator who specializes in group process design and management. She is expert in integrating public wisdom into policy-making by designing creative and effective programs for involving diverse publics in that process. She has been on the firing line in hundreds of public meetings and has managed dozens of multi-stakeholder advisory groups dealing with a wide array of issues.

Debra Duerr

Debra is a community and environmental planner who has worked for city, county, and tribal governments and for nationally-renowned consulting firms. She specializes in collaborative planning, interagency consultation, and public information and outreach, with an emphasis on integrating public concerns into defensible decisions. As a seasoned project manager, Debra is expert in keeping projects on track and on budget.
