Dave O'Leary
City AdministratorDave O'Leary has served as city administrator for the city of Shelton since 2003. His career in public administration began in 1990 as commissioner in Ada County, WA. He also served as administrative assistant to the mayor and the council from 1991 to 1998 in Garden City, ID. He then served as city administrator in Lake Stevens, WA, from 1999 to 2003. He received his B.A. and MPA from Boise State University.
