Survey Trainings

 

Every jurisdiction participating in the CPM Comprehensive program is required to be trained in the first year of participation. 

 

If you have staff members new to your organization’s performance measurement activities or simply wish to have a refresher on the program, opportunities for re-training will be provided in the summer and winter.

This workshop, which provides case study analysis, group exercises, and instructor-led discussion, is customizable to fit the specific needs of your organization. Topics may include staff motivation, performance management amid budget cuts, and engagement of elected officials and the public.
