The City of Suwanee, Georgia is nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence in Community Health and Safety for the City's Police and Citizens Together program (PACT). The relationship-building PACT program teams officers and residents to address quality-of-life issues in neighborhoods and encourages an active and involved citizenry. This document contains a description of the program, as well as a discussion of the program's results and lessons learned.
