Join us for an engaging and interactive session that explores how the intersection of human innovation and artificial intelligence is driving new approaches to achieve the goals of local government. Led by David Graham, Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Carlsbad, CA, and Co-chair of Civic Innovation at Harvard TECH, this session will dive into how GenAI is reshaping the landscape of government potential. Challenging the idea of that government is slow to adapt to new technology, the session provides a maturity model, backed by real world examples, of how local governments are adopting GenAI to further the public good. By leveraging natural language processing and other advancements, GenAI is democratizing access to AI technologies, fundamentally transforming how cities approach innovation and service delivery. Through the interactive discovery of the elements for a roadmap to success, attendees will actively participate in exploring, adapting, embedding through policy adoption, and continuously reimagining their approach to AI.
